Enjoy Bydgoszcz: The City Council of Bydgoszcz voted on Wednesday on a draft resolution granting deaf people over 21 years old rights to free use of public transport. The idea was supported by councilors.
Councillor Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz (City for Generations) wanted to restore the free communication for blood donors. However he didn`t indicate the financial impact of the proposal on the city budget and therefore the city council lawyer concluded that the introduction of such a proposal to a vote would be illegal.
