In the future, officials would like to interest the voivodship authorities and the Lower Silesian Railways subordinate to this project, which may be easier, because the decisive force at this level after the local government elections are the Independent Local Government officials with whom Raczyński is associated.

The costs of the project are to be shared between all the local governments involved.
